MES Observes International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

The Literary Club at MES observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 25 June by organizing an Essay Competition on the theme “Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life” to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse. The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students, who shared their views on prevention, awareness, and rehabilitation.  The program also featured a seminar by Dr. S. A. Hussain, who highlighted the physical, mental, and the role of youth in building a drug-free society. He emphasized the importance of education, a healthy lifestyle, and strong values. Certificates were presented to the winners, encouraging students to lead a healthy, drug-free life.
