Prasad V Lokam completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from Andhra University in 1989. He gained early industry experience as a Software Engineer with TCS, ABB, and Ford Motor Company in the United States. Afterwards, he completed his MS in Computer Science from Kent State University between 1990 and 1992.

In 1994, he founded Miracle Software Systems in Detroit, Michigan. He later developed the organisation’s India centres at Rushikonda and Bhogapuram. The company has since grown into a strong global employer with over 2,500 software engineers.

He established the Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions at Bhogapuram in 2009 and continues to lead its growth as Chairman. Through various initiatives, he has supported employment creation and provided educational support for underprivileged students. His technical expertise covers enterprise architecture, SAP systems, Service-Oriented Architecture, EDI, and web services, along with extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and software development practices.

Madhavi N Lokam completed her B.Tech in Computer Science from Andhra University in 1989 and began her career as a Software Engineer at ISRO. She later pursued advanced studies in the United States, completing her M.S. in Computer Science at Kent State University from 1990 to 1992. Between 1992 and 1996, she served as a consultant with Ford Motor Company, gaining significant exposure to enterprise systems and large-scale technology programs.

In 1994, she played a key role in the establishment of Miracle Software Systems in Detroit, Michigan, and supported the expansion of its operations in India at Rushikonda and Bhogapuram. The organization has since grown into a financially strong global company employing more than 2500 software engineers. In 2009, she co-founded the Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions at Bhogapuram and continues to guide its development as Secretary and Treasurer.

Her expertise spans ERP, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Architecture, and web services. She remains committed to enhancing academic quality, technology adoption, and industry partnerships within the institution. Alongside her professional work, she is currently serving as MLA for Nellimarla.

Dr. A. Arjuna Rao

Director & Principal

Dr. A. Arjuna Rao serves as the Director and Founder Principal of Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions, Miracle City, Bhogapuram. He has been leading the Institution since June 2009 and was ratified as Principal by JNTUK in July 2010. Besides, he has served as a Principal for more than two decades and has guided over 10,000 students across B. Tech., MBA, MCA, and M. Tech. programmes. He earned his B.Tech. from Andhra University College of Engineering in 1990, completed his M.Tech. in Foundry and Forge Technology from NIFFT, Ranchi, in 1992, and received his Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur in 1996. He later completed an additional M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Andhra University in 2009.

His early career included research work on DRDO projects at IIT Kharagpur, after which he entered industry as a Senior Technical Manager with the Gargi Group (MNC) in Mumbai and Prime Scientific in Pune, spending three years in the field of foundry software. He has published research papers in national and international journals and holds a patent for the production of Al-Ti-B master alloys. His academic and research interests span computer-aided manufacturing, foundry software, digital methoding, and machine learning.

Before joining Miracle Educational Society, he spent ten years with the Vignan Group of Engineering Institutions, including six years as Principal at Vignan VIIT, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam. He has extensive experience in academic administration, supported by active teaching across varied engineering subjects. His teaching experience includes engineering drawing, computer graphics, machine drawing, advanced metal casting, production technology, C programming, CAD/CAM, non-destructive evaluation, machine learning with Python, and related technical areas.
