The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree program at Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions emphasizes the development of mid to upper-level managers for organizations of all sizes and types. The program seeks to develop knowledge of advanced business functions, decision-making skills, and an understanding of internal and external factors affecting the management of organizations. The program features – planning, organizing, operating, and controlling an enterprise. Central to the curriculum is the manager’s responsibility for diagnosing, isolating, and defining problems, evaluating alternative courses of action, and making effective decisions.
Dr. Trinadha Rao Challa is a highly accomplished professional currently working as an Associate Professor and HOD of the MBA Department at Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions in Bhogapuram. Trinadha Rao has over 15 years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels and 5 years of industry expertise. His educational qualifications include a UGC NET in the Management stream, an AP SET in the Commerce stream, an MBA-NET, and an M.Com-SET. Dr. Challa’s recent noteworthy achievement is a Ph.D. in Finance from Andhra University in 2022. Besides teaching, Trinadha Rao actively contributes to the holistic development of students and the institution. The other roles of this multifaceted professional include HR-Admin., Associate Professorship, National Service Scheme Program Officer (NSS PO), and Media Manager. Dr. Challa is the author of two books and holds an impressive portfolio of 10 international journal publications, including those indexed in Scopus and accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
