The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Miracle Educational Society organized an industrial visit to Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), one of India’s major space centers that led to the center for launch vehicle and spacecraft programs. As a part, they witnessed the successful launching and landing of CHANDRAYAAN-3 in the SHAR center, located in Sriharikota, Nellore District.
During the visit, the students came to know about the facilities and procedures involved in launching a satellite including a first Launching pad, Second Launching pad, Satellite vehicles like SSLV, PSLV, GSLV, GSLV MK-III, and the role of Mission Control Center from the point of launch until landing or the end of the mission.
Later, the students also visited “VERMERIEN INDIA” SRI CITY, TIRUPATI, which specializes in the robotic integration of machine parts and the manufacturer of electronic wheelchairs. In addition, the students had the opportunity to visit the electronic research and development lab facilities at IIIT SRI CITY.
The students were delighted with the informative industrial visit, which helped them learn new concepts that would enhance their skills for their career prospects.
