- The grievance cell at MES primarily focuses on the grievance/harassment-free environment by providing proper safety and security for all the students of the entire campus. If the students are facing any kind of harassment/grievances, they can report a complaint in the grievance cell. The cell enquires and analyses the grievances in a very strict and confidential way to make sure that an effective solution is provided to the students in a fair approach.
- The grievance cell is available to the students all the time to prevent any kind of abuse. The cell is responsible for enabling the right to express their problems and initiating the procedure according to the rules and regulations set by the institution. The members of this department will make sure that all the evidence is gathered and the necessary action is taken against the guilty.
